VSOL Design renovated this Los Gatos home, carving out inviting spaces amid the soaring ceilings and expansive views. An open concept great room integrates a kitchen, dining room and living space. The informal living area maximizes comfort and provides opportunties to enjoy an integrated fireplace and entertainment unit as well as dramatic views through generous sliding pocket doors. The adjacent kitchen serves as a hub for both indoor and outdoor entertaining with its massive island and pass-through windows. The design of each space features custom steel work, reclaimed wood, concrete flooring, and warm wood tones, contrasting industrial touches with an otherwise contemporary vernacular.
